I have added the "PDF Generator" plugin to our instance,
I have created a basic "PDF form" (with everything by default) pointing to the "sys_user" table and everything works correctly.
When creating another "PDF form" exactly the same (basic and with everything by default) but this time pointing to the "sc_request" table, the corresponding PDF file is not generated. The "Generate PDF" button does appear and the corresponding message "Info MessagePDF has been generated. Please click the .pdf link at the top of your form to download."; but no file is attached at the top and when going to the "sys_attachment" table, nothing is reflected.
