Hello Experts,
I am integrating MIM into MS Teams in a newly upgraded Tokyo instance (I have successfully done this integration several times in San Diego instances) and after installing my plugins, I am getting an error: "Unable to install tenant" when I go to Install Azure Apps. Can anyone please tell me how to resolve this? I have a global Azure admin on hand to do the install logging in with his admin credentials but we are getting the below error:

We have changed this flow due to security concern raised over that anybody with teams admin can easily override the tenant.
You can refer to this documentation topic
To enable override, we have a hidden property that will allow you to override, if for some reason you are not able to uninstall the tenant.

It is a duplicate, but only because I need assistance so it is in the MS Teams group and here in the developer forum. Do you have any ideas of how to resolve my issue? Please advise.
