Hi everyone,
I’m trying to move an update set from one instance to another, but when I click Preview Update Set it fails at 100% with the following error:
I attached a screenshot of the error message.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Do you know what could cause it and how to fix it?
Thanks in advance!

Hi @lidorz,
- is it a PDI or client's instance?
- Have you tried to delete the preview update set and preview it once again?
Alternatively, check the nodes:

Hi, thanks for your reply!
I’m working on a client’s instance.
Yes, I already tried deleting the update set and previewing it again… but I still get the same error.
I also checked the Active Transactions table — I found several transactions that had been running for more than a year. I killed them, but a few of them are still stuck in the table for some reason.
Do you know what could be causing this, and could these stuck transactions be the reason why the update set preview keeps failing?

seems to be an intermittent issue.
try clearing instance cache.do and logout and login again.
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
