I installed the RPA Desktop and after my configuration I have this error message when I do the process
However the plugin is installed correctly

Was your problem resolved?

If not then make sure you are following minimum requirements needed for installation of RPA plugin.

Install RPA Desktop Design Studio (servicenow.com)
