How to add new column in the planning console in the grantt

Hi All,

 

I am not able to add new fields in the grantt chart in planning console. Can anyone please help me how to add new fields. Please find screenshot attached.

On click of the gear icon, I need to add new fields. Can anyone please help me how to add new fields in the left side panel?
