ERROR - The message store has reached EOF

Hi, we are new to using Service now.

We are importing data using CSv files into the system, ie: user data

for 10 months the automated scheduler has been working flawlessly on schedule using the import sets created,

since last Friday we are getting the following error

The message store has reached EOF

can someone please let us know what to do?

I've seen that error pop up when an unusual character was encountered in a csv/xls. Do you know what row the import failed on or did the entire import fail?

we have two files that are going in, both are failing completely since Friday


Have you taken a look through the FTP logs as well? I've seen this error happen with Discovery too, and the first step SN wanted to take was more or less a dump of all the system and app logs from around the time. Unfortunately the "the message store has reached EOF" is kind of a general error that the SSH library throws.
