Hello, I have a problem when trying to get the OAuth token:
"OAuth flow failed. Verify the configurations and try again. Error detail: failed to request a token."
I'm using the PROD Intune credentials in both instances—DEV and QA in ServiceNow. It works fine in DEV, but when I try to use the same credentials in QA instance, I get this error. The message is quite generic, so I’m not sure what the issue is.
My assumption is that it might be because I'm using the same client credentials for both environments.
Do I need to create a separate client secret ID in Azure for the QA instance?
If you have any other ideas on why it might be failing, please let me know. Thanks!

check with intune team if they have configured different credentials for QA
if yes then ask them and update

Hello @Ankur Bawiskar
I'm currently using the same PROD credentials from Intune.
Do I need to set up separate credentials for DEV and QA in ServiceNow in Azure?
