Please Help me with these errors !!

While I was playing around with content experience widget, i suddenly started getting these errors. I undo all changes then also its not gone.

These below 5 errors popped up alltogether.

Error 1: ErrorExecute operation on script include 'ca_CampaignContent' from scope 'Employee Center Pro' was denied. The application 'Employee Center Pro' must declare a cross scope access privilege. Please contact the application admin to update their access requests.

Error 2: ErrorServer JavaScript error undefined is not a function.

Error 3: ErrorLine number 60 (sys_script_include.0f3c54bb537132003585c3c606dc341f.script)

Error 4: ErrorScript source code logged to browser console

Error 5: ErrorFailing widget: 'Content Experience' (26b2b8cfff02201014c6a36cf43bf1a0)

reverted the widget to previous stock version, then also no success. Its not showing on hompage.

page desginer and widget page pics are attached.

If I uninstall and re-install the employee center plugin will that work ?? Also will my data get lost ??

Hi,

You can try adding it to your homepage. Looking at the screenshot seems like you are trying to add it to Service Portal (sp) but as per the OOB behavior the content will be visible on ESC portal -> ec_pro_dashboard page.

To make it appear on Service Portal page you need to create portal content, schedule content and associate it with the widget

Navigate to Content Publishing -> Content categories -> Portal.

Create new Portal Content with Content Type "Banner". Upload your background image, add content and save the form. Go to the related list and create a schedule content. Select your page and widget instance to make it visible on the portal page.
