Errors encountered while deploying parent update set

Hello

I am trying to deploy a parent update set which is in Global scope. It has two child update sets. One is in Global scope and other one is in Vulnerability Response scope. While deploying I am facing following errors:

How to get rid of these errors?

I have come across similar issue while migrating and came up with this workaround.

However I had came across below workaround:

In order to add an important detail of the procedure, you cannot add a Child Update Set to a Parent in different application scope starting from the form of the Parent Update Set. But you can add the field "Parent" in the form of the Child Update set and specify the Parent from the record of the Child Update Set, even if  it is in a different Application Scope.

@Shree123 so do you mean we can just specify parent update set on the child update set, even if it's in different scope. But while deploying we need to deploy the child update sets scope wise separately? Correct me if I am getting it wrong.
