esc portal I'm not able to see the subcategory choices

I have created a complaints application using app engine studio, I have a category and subcategory field in that , when I impersonate end user and try to fill the form from esc portal I'm not able to see the subcategory choices ? may i know why?

Hi @kiran kumar m1,

It appears that the issue might be related to roles. The end user likely does not have the necessary role to read the subcategory choices, which is why they can't see them. This means the end user does not have the read role to access the table from which the subcategories are being generated.
