@subhaprakash In this screenshot you show right clicking on "Escalate Incident". This seems to me to be a different function than relying on the SLA. What version of ServiceNow are you using this function in? How did you enable it?

Hi Lisazielinski,
"Escalate Incident" is a custom functionality which is provided in the screenshot. We have custom UI Action for "Escalate Incident".
