Event is fired but notification not sending

I've looked at all other solutions to this kind of problem and nothing seems to apply to me. I can see my event is firing, but the notification is not sending.

Have you tried the Preview Notification button on the notification record, that could tell you why it is not being sent somewhat like this : -

Whom do you want to send as i can see you have selected a group a user from the fields and also i can see both event parm1 and parm2 contains recipient.

Also make sure you are previewing the notification based on the same record on which you were testing and the notification was not sent.
