Event is fired but notification not sending

I've looked at all other solutions to this kind of problem and nothing seems to apply to me. I can see my event is firing, but the notification is not sending.

Hi
Change the when send to record is inserted or updated and check the updated checkbox then fill the conditions and then try.
Also could you attach your email logs screen print of the list view.

In the screenshot of "when to send". You have the condition commented out under Advanced (line 1).
