event - notification

I made a notification in which I made an event called:closing.note.to.notification.client Now I need that as soon as the client responds to the email that he has already closed, the notification I made will be sent to him, but it doesn't work..
That is, once the active is true then it means he can respond but false a notification should be sent to him

replace param1 with gs.getUserID() and check if the event is getting triggered

Did you check in events log ?

Yes, I checked in emails lod but I don't see the notification
