event - notification

I made a notification in which I made an event called:closing.note.to.notification.client Now I need that as soon as the client responds to the email that he has already closed, the notification I made will be sent to him, but it doesn't work..
That is, once the active is true then it means he can respond but false a notification should be sent to him

This is what it shows me.... I have a question if the person who should receive it is the caller, so is it listed correctly?

can you check your event name is it available in events logs .

As i can see that event name is not there in snapshot .

Your event name "closing.note.to.notification" is not there .
