Several of our ITIL SNOW users are experiencing persistent degradation times using various functions.
City of Long Beach Network and Server teams say they cannot find anything which indicates why wait times are exceeding 1 minute, consistently 50+ seconds.
As a "lite" Administrator, I am not aware of any SNOW tool that might assist in identifying whether it's Long Beach's problem or an issue at SNOW.
I'll take any possible solution at this point.

Hi @Rory OBrien
First try to find if the issue is only happening on a certain location, or for example only through VPN, to rule out the customer network.
You can use this as guide to start your troubleshoot, but I would always suggest to create a case for Now support, to let them start looking at ServiceNow side for any issues as well.
