Good afternoon,
We have started having trouble reserving a room from the Servicenow side, where those are not syncing up to Azure. Azure reservations are syncing down to Servicenow though, so it seems a one way problem. We do not know where things stopped working, so are struggling to find the cause.
The OAUTH setup is unchanged and not expiring for some time, so that should not be it... though I am not sure how to test that.
Rather, I suspect the issue may be with the individual room subscriptions. For example, this is one of the rooms we are having trouble with-
The EXPIRATION TIME is in the past, though it says it synced a few days ago, which if it is, it is not uploading to Azure reservations made in the portal. Is this room and others like it, expired and cannot sync? How do I regenerate this?
How do I even go about testing where this sync is failing? The diagnostics I searched out on Google do not appear on my instance, so not sure how to even track this down. Any ideas?

In a SPACE that is set to sync, if I click the SYNC LOCATION, we get an immediate failure event that triggers.

com.glide.communications.ProcessingException: Problem retrieving authentication profile
Where is that failing and how do I fix it?
