Hi all!
Part of our internal process is to identify what cases have not been updated for 3 days to ensure communication and pressure is applied to resolve.
I have worked out how to show the counter for cases to not be updated for 3 days but on a Monday, this takes into consideration Saturday and Sunday which are not business working days. Is there an easy fix to apply to exclude Saturday and Sunday?
We also have a report to show what is due to be followed up called ' Tomorrows diary ' but obviously on a Friday it is set to ' tomorrow ' which is not a buiness day and the next day is Monday, is this something that can be excluded modified to help?
Thanks in advance for all your help

No mate, that is the best option we can follow. You can put hours/month and year too instead of days.

This was not resolved unfortunately....
Would we have to exclude business days somehow?
