Hello All,

I want to export an Incident record, is it possible to include the Emails from activity stream in the exported PDF File?

By default only worknotes and additional comments are included from the PDF.

Refer: KB2925146 PDF Export of Incidents and Requests Not Displaying Email Communications 

1. The email communication part of the activity stream is a reference from the sys_email table and is not stored on the incident/request record.

2. The PDF export will not include the email communication as per platform design. 

3. At the moment there is no Out-of-the-box feature to include the email communication with the export, We recommend submitting an enhancement idea on our Ideas Portal
