Export as PDF button on Custom Widget

I have a requirement to add a button on custom widget, to export the current record as PDF. This is on custom service portal application. Please help.

Code for list export on service portal with "Export to PDF" option is in 'Data Table' widget(ID:widget-data-table) widget. 

 

You can reuse code from this widget to provide option to export current record as PDF.
