Export data as a csv file to the Mid Server

I'm trying to export data that is stored in a table to the Mid Server. I hoping to push a csv file to the Mid Server. Has anyone done this before?

Our Mid Server agent is running on Linux. Also, I'm following the same procedure as you mentioned above. Just want to know about permissions. Which user is writing the file in destination on Linux/Windows while we run the export set in ServiceNow. Is that the logged in user in Mid Server record (attached the screenshot and highlighted in yellow) who should have permission to write a file in Linux/Windows!!
