Export to XML under Retrieved Update Sets is not working

We have a San Diego instance wherein we have an update set in Retrieved Update Sets. In the form view, when we click on the related link "Export to XML", nothing happens. It doesn't download any XML. We haven't seen this issue previously on Rome, Quebec or Paris instances. We are facing this issue on San Diego instances only.

Hello MK,
As this is OOB, Ideally it should work, However you may try following and see if it works
1) Change Application to Global.
2) How many customer updates you have in the update set which you are trying to export to xml? Create one more update set with less customer updates and see if you are able to export to xml, Issue could be because you have large number of customer updates and it take long time to export.
3) why not push the update set to next instance using update source; in this way no need to export and import the update set xml in next instance

Were you able to fix the issue? After an upgrade to our Dev instance to San Diego I see the same issue.

Same issue I’m having since I upgraded to San Diego. I submitted a HI portal ticket and I will see what they say.
