Exporting attributes of CI class into Spreadsheet

Hi,

My colleague doesn't have admin rights to see attributes of various CI classes. So, he is looking for me to walk him through each potential class that he is looking for.

For example, if he plans to track windows servers specifically, I have to go to cmdb_ci_win_server and export all attributes to a spreadsheet. But, I do not know where to see for the attributes .

Please help me solving this as I am not familiar with CMDB application.

you can develop a report on Configuration Item(cmdb_ci) and select everything for particular class and check them

Can you give user itil_admin so he/she can see CI Class Manager?



Also, look at Is it possible to print the CI Class Manager list in Helsinki?   to see how to print out the class levels. Wont have fields but something to start with.
