Hello,
Does anyone know if, when extending the application's file table, it counts towards the number of tables I'm entitled to?
If it is not accounted for... is there any limit for servicenow to accept this type?
basically the idea is to use these tables as an extraction source for reports that contain multrow.

sorry, I have no idea what you are talking about. What do you mean with "application's file table"? Table "sys_metadata"? If so, DON'T TOUCH THAT TABLE!
And also the other question are unclear. Please explain better.

Example -
Extending the Application File table to create a table of specific records to use in variables in the catalog item or custom rule.
Approver Levels
Defining the attribute in the collection so as not to save it within the update set and overload it
update_sync = false

Regarding the other question, I find it difficult to make a report that displays multi-line variable set data.
Because even using a database viewer I can't set the data in multrow variable defined as columns.
So, the only solution I see is to always use a table to replicate the data from that multrow and implement the reference field in the request.
Summary:
I have a table with the request information and another with the multrow data relating to this request.
Therefore, I asked if it is possible to create tables extending from the application file.. in order to store this type of information.
