Extended CMDB - plugin

Has anyone found that if the "Extended cmdb" plugin is enabled on Helsinki the extended CI classes below "Personal Computer" do not appear, but if it's enabled in Geneva they do appear correctly?

Hi Rob,

My observations so far:

1. In Geneva - table cmdb_ci_pc_hardware (Personal Computer) doesn't exists until you activate the "Extended cmdb" plugin. Once plugin is activated table is created and marked as extensible

2. Helsinki - table cmdb_ci_pc_hardware (Personal Computer) exists without having the need to activate the "Extended cmdb" plugin. But by default is marked as non-extensible. Even if I activate the plugin, it still remains marked as non-extensible. This causes the issue you are mentioning.

I see this as a PRB so I would recommend opening an incident with ServiceNow at this stage.
