Hi everyone,
I'm currently working on integrating a Webex bot with ServiceNow. While I found some documentation from Webex that helped me get started, I noticed that most examples and use cases focus on creating incidents, tasks, or requests.
I’m wondering if it’s possible to extend this integration to also create Cases (specifically from the Customer Service Management module) directly from the Webex bot. Has anyone implemented this or come across documentation or examples that support this functionality?
Any guidance or best practices on how to configure the bot to handle case creation would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,
When you mention Webex bot, is this a prebuilt bot that you're extending. Could you provide a link to it on the Zoom marketplace? If not, are you creating your own Zoom bot?
