How can we use extension points of Product Configurator to setup dynamic characteristic dependencies or control dynamic show/hide of characteristics or characteristic values?
We went through the documentation (https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-order-management/page/product/tmt-order-mgt/concept/...) and could understand that "OpenStateModelExtension" extension point is to be used for implementing the same.
We modify this extension point record and put a info message in syslog table or even create a new record in one of the tables to check when does it get trigerred?
But , when we loaded product configurator from CSM/FSM Configurable workspace while placing an order and added the product offering, nothing happened - No message in syslog table nor new record created in another table.
Can someone please help explain this with a step by step example for a specific use case?
