Hi, I was attempting to transfer data from Azure DevOps to ServiceNow for the External Knowledge Source. While the connection was successful, running the job in the knowledge sources resulted in the error message: "Error - org.apache.jackrabbit.webdav.DavException: Unauthorized." Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

Hi @balajibs ,
It seems to be credentials issue check the Azure credentials using in Servicnow have necessary permissions to transfer data to Azure.
If my response helped, please mark it as the accepted solution ✅ and give a thumbs up👍.
Thanks,
Anand

Hi Anand,
Thank you for your response.
If it were a credential issue, the Azure DevOps connection would have failed. However, the connection was successful, and the credentials have read access to pull the data.

I am attempting to connect to another ServiceNow instance to pull in their Knowledge Base and I have that exact same error. Did you ever figure this out?
