External users not accessable to ESC portal

External users not accessable to ESC portal. They are getting the below error.

This error come, when page does not exits. Please check is user is using right page? like esc or ESC both are different.

esc only, I have imporsanate with external user so that person will get that error in esc portal and not able to seeing the esc page.

When you say, external are not those employee. Something similar to SP , might be you get some idea.
