Hi,
What's the best way to extract data from ServiceNow to a .CSV file and put the file on a file server at the customer location.
Will export sets do the job?
Best regards,

Hi Rody,
The export set does the job for you. However, you can have this done in more specific way as per your requirement. As aakashshah mentioned, in the previous reply, using the export set scheduler you can automate this job.

Hi Rody,
Use export set to export the csv file to mid server location. In the scheduled export set there is an option of post script. Here you can write your custom mid sever script include which will pick this file from that location and send it to any server location i.e. ftp etc.
Mark Correct if this solves your issue and also hit Like and Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
Thanks
