Facing an error in OOB Journey for Onboarding New Hire (Demo)

Hi,

There is an OOB Journey for Onboarding New Hire (Demo). After submitting the catalog item, a Lifecycle event case is getting created but in the pre-boarding activity set there is an error showing up in one of the activities.

Also there are errors showing up in the OOB Journey for Onboarding New Hire (Demo) catalog item.

There are no customizations in the catalog item or the backend table but still I am facing error. Can anyone help me with the issue?

What troubleshooting did you already do?

Have you checked the mentioned script include and widget?

Yes, the script include is for Now Assist Panel and I don't see any issues with widget. 

The order guide used for 'software setup seems to have no issue.

Can you suggest what else needs to be checked?

@bindumadhav The error lies within the Software setup activity, did you get a chance to see if there is an incorrect configuration related to HR Task template within this activity?

This Software setup activity is using order guide which doesn't have any HR task or HR task template.
