Facing issue after configuring/enabling the Next Experience UI

When I'm searching for a record in the global search after configuring/enabling the next experience UI, the record opens in the workspace; It should be open in the standard view.

Hi @Sowjanya Panuga Select Global in Search Global drop-down and try to search records.
When I select CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace, the record is being opening in CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace and when I select Global, the record is being opening in Platform View.

Hi @Sowjanya Panuga ,
I tried your problem in my PDI and it works for me, when I search from nav page it navigates me to default view of incident form
But when I searched from CSM/FSM portal page it navigates me to Next Experience view

In the search dropdown I could not find the Global option, please tell me how to enable the Global option.
