when creating / trying to run a report in report designer after selecting the table an pop up message appears containing "an error occured while fetching items ServiceNow"
I've tried some solutions found here in the community like check the ACLs and add report_admin to the user
but all this don't work and not the root cause

the solution is pretty simple
just log out and log in from the instance and will work

If you're getting "an error occurred while fetching items ServiceNow" in Report Designer despite adding report_admin and checking ACLs, try these steps:
