Facing issue in the ATF set variable values(SP)

In ATF Test step, set variable value(SP)

while i am setting the organization field value in the CSM portal

organization(refers to the customer_account table )

I am setting the valid account value but it is failing and showing the failure

failure: failed to set field 'organization' to value 'fe4115ab1bada11002c76283b24bcb6b' because the reference is not valid.

@Ankur Bawiskar In ATF, I have used the existing user to run the test that I have used to test Manually to check the field values of the organisation setting correctly on the CSM portal

Here I am attaching the screenshot of the teststeps I have created in ATF

what happens if you run the test as admin user?

The test get passed, If I run as an admin user

Hi @SindhujaS 

 

It means the user you are using in ATF is dont have CSM access, please provide the CSM agent and other required role.
