Facing Issue with NLU

In NLU workbench Model when I want to create an Intent, I am getting this kind of error message.

"Some features may not be available because the connection to NLU Service is not available. Please try again after some time, if the issue persists log an issue with Support."

 

Please any of you can resolve this issue help me

can you please share a screenshot to understand where that occurred? 

 

Was it in NLU Workbench, VA Designer or where??

OK, I haven't found anything 😕 so maybe create a support case for ServiceNow:
