Failed/Hibernating Instance

Hi, I was using a service now instance with this particular account, which was working fine, until a few days back when the instance started showing "Hibernating" and I started receiving an option to request instance. Can anyone guide me on how I can restore the instance back. Attaching a screenshot as to what is showing up for the same. Any help on the same would be appreciated. Thank You.

@Sheveta It seems that your instance has been reclaimed by ServiceNow and now the option left is to request a new instance and restore it with the backup from the previous instance. Backups are usually kept for some duration (exact duration not specified by ServiceNow). Hi @Sheveta ,

 

It seems that your PDI has been reclaimed, hence your only possibility is to request a fresh installation. There is NO option to restore a reclaimed PDI.
