Failed to machine translate using Microsoft. Unknown error occurred

Hi All,

 

While translating custom catalog language(in service portal) from english to spanish using machine translate(in localization framework),I m getting error like  "Failed to machine translate using Microsoft. Unknown error occurred". Please help me here.
