HI @DeepikaM ,
I trust you are doing great.
ollow these steps:
Verify the UI action configuration:
- Go to the Problem Management module in ServiceNow.
- Open the specific problem record you are testing.
- Click on the "Related Links" dropdown menu and select "UI Actions".
- Locate the "FIX" UI action and click on it to view its configuration.
- Ensure that the UI action is properly defined and associated with the required script or function for submitting the problem.
Check the UI action script or function:
- Review the script or function associated with the "FIX" UI action.
- Make sure that it includes the necessary logic to submit the problem when clicked.
- Verify that there are no errors or exceptions occurring during the execution of the script or function.
Test in a different browser or clear browser cache:
- Attempt to reproduce the issue using a different web browser.
- Clear the cache and cookies of your current browser and try again.
- Sometimes browser-related issues can interfere with the functionality, so testing in an alternate browser or clearing the cache may help.
Contact ServiceNow support:
- If the issue persists, reach out to ServiceNow support for further assistance.
- Provide them with detailed information about the problem, including the steps to reproduce, any error messages encountered, and the specific version of ServiceNow you are using.
