FAILURE: Failed to find UI action 'Test' on 'sys_soap_message_function' form error in ATF

Hi Community,
I am using ATF to test after upgrade. There is a SOAP integration. Everything is working fine except "click on UI action" button. When that step is running an error "FAILURE: Failed to find UI action 'Test' on 'sys_soap_message_function' form" is showing. Checked with the running user, that user is able to see "Test" button on the form. But the same user is not able to see "Test" button in ATF run.
I have checked that the button sys id is same on the form and one in the test step.
Can anyone help me on this?

are you sure the user you are using in ATF is able to see the button?
please share the complete steps list and screenshots.

Hi @Devi12
Insure the user you are using has a required role to view Test button.
If the user is able to view Test button try increasing timeout to that page/button.
