FAQ widget in portal

Hi,

 

How do I add a FAQ widget in service portal. Please help.

 

Also  I have installed the given plugins (UI Components for Customer Portals' plugin (sn_ciwf_ui_cmpnt) but still I'm not able to find FAQ widget. Is their any other plugin or any other configuration, Please help here ?

As per docs, 'UI Components for Customer Portals' plugin is enough for the widget. If that still didnt help, try repairing the plugin or by installing in different instance. If the issue persists, create a support case with ServiceNow.

I have tried repairing the plugin also, but still no luck. Also don't know how to raise case in ServiceNow

Your account needs to be added to your company account by someone in your company/team who already have to access this.

did you check docs on the setup part? If you have activated the correct plugin it should show the widget

Add and configure the Portal FAQ widget
