FAQ widget in service portal

How do I add a FAQ widget in service portal. Please help.

Hello,

 

Did you add the widget "knowledge mostviewed articles" widget on the page? First you need to do that using the page designer

Once done you will see it on the Portal:-

Hello,

 

Just to be sure it takes the view count into consideration. Are you using it on a custom Portal or the OOB portal?

 

Did you view any knowledge article so that the view count could be captured in?

I know it's been years since this question was posted. I thought I'd update it for anyone who stumbles across it like I did. 

ServiceNow do indeed now have an FAQ widget for the portal. It's installed via the 'UI Components for Customer Portals' plugin (sn_ciwf_ui_cmpnt).

Thanks for update, As I have installed the given plugins (UI Components for Customer Portals' plugin (sn_ciwf_ui_cmpnt) but still I'm not able to find FAQ widget. Is their any other plugin or any other configuration, Please help here ?
