Favorites widget is not visible in employee center

Hi All, 

We are using employee center ESC portal and currently in Utah version. Next to each catalog item, favorite (heart emoji) is visible and it is supposed to set that particular item as a favorite. But "my favorites" is not in the top right tab but I see other menu option such as "my tasks", "my delegates" and "my tickets".

I found a previous article on a similar issue and made sure that "enable favorites" is set to true for the esc portal as well.

Hi there,

Are you using the out-of-the-box Header or a custom one? Also double checked that the Favorites is not hidden through CSS for example?
