Can you please tell me what feasibility is of using CIO dashboard.

It looks like you would need the professional version of one of the following:

Professional version licenses of the products ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps and SPM

When you go to the ServiceNow store, you can click "Innovation Lab" on the bar and find the CIO dashboard. If you scroll down in the product details it will tell you the requirements for the application you want to install.

 

For this you need Performance Analytics as well as the Pro version of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, and SPM.
