Field is getting deleted if user raised incident

Whenever user is raising incident, Owned by field which is brought from CMDB table using dot-walking is getting deleted.

Hi Sakshi,

Did you check if there exists any Business rule that runs when incident is inserted?

We do not have any business rule is running .

@Sakshi20 Deleted means, is that the field "Owned by" getting deleted from the table OR the field is getting hidden?

 

If the field is getting hidden, may be you will have to check for any UI policy or client script which is hiding the field.
