Field lookup button (magnifying glass icon) does not work on incident, problem or change.

Hello Developers,
When I clicked on lookup button (magnifying glass icon) then it is not redirecting to respective page.
Lick in incident form if I clicked on magnifying glass icon beside caller field then it will not redirect to users record.
same thing happened with other lookup icon.
also in incident page when i do right click and click on form design then form design page not opening.
In my browser pop is not blocking.
