Field Mapping not working when value inserted by flow

Hi all, we have set Asset CI Field Mapping for "Assigned to" field. So when a value is manually updated in computer record, the same value is transferred to the "Assigned to" field on asset. However we get the assigned to field on computer records filled in by a flow and at this point the value is not transmitted to the assigned to in asset.
Is this expected behavior that the mapping is working only for manual updates?
We expected that it will be working the same with manual and automated update.

did you check the BR which is updating the Asset when computer updates doesn't run for non-interactive session?

Hi Ankur, I did not find any BR for this, we have the mapping set as can be seen in the screenshot I am attaching.
