Field not visible in Variable editor in RITM Form

Hi, 

 

We have a custom field in catalog item which we were able to fill and submit in ServicePortal. But the same field is visible in variable editor inside RITM.

 

Any reason this might happen?I have checked the business rules and Client scripts, but cant find a reason. 

 

P.s: there is no ACL or user criteria written to hide the field either
