Field Service - work order assignment group no values

Hi,

I am testing out the Field Service module.   I set the configuration for 'Assignment method for requests' and for 'tasks' to be manually.   However when I create a new work order request and search the assignment group field, it is empty.

I know that you can auto assign based on location but I would like to manually enter a group in that field.   The assigned to brings back all users just fine.

Does anyone know if there is a restriction to manually selecting groups in the work order form?   Is there a configuration that I need to change or set in order to get a list of groups?

Only Groups which are created of type work groups (wm_work) will be shown in assignment group.

Hi Phuong,



Look for the dictionary value of Assignment Group field & also for dictionary override. It would possibly be limiting groups visibility according to Group type.

I have limited knowledge of Field Services but there is a dictionary override that uses a reference qualifier to filter the assignment groups based on the dispatch group.   There is documentation regarding this here:

I figured it out.  We needed to add a specific group type to the group and make it an assignment group covered under the dispatch group
