Hello everyone.
I have a table called sn_customerservice_marketing_graphics that inherits from the case table. When the value of the State field changes to Closed, the fields become read-only. I'm trying to figure out what's causing this behavior.
I've checked several ACLs, Client Scripts, and UI Policies — both in my custom table and in the case table — but haven't been able to identify the source.
Does anyone know if this behavior is inherited from another table, or if there's something else I might be missing?

the behavior is likely caused by inherited configurations from the parent case table or its parent, the task table.
A common out-of-the-box (OOB) configuration in the task table is a UI Policy or Data Policy that sets fields to read-only when the state is "Closed" to prevent further modifications to closed records.
you can check task table for your issue.
I hope my answer helps you to resolve your issue, if yes please mark my answer helpful and correct.
thank you
Rajesh

parent table's WRITE ACL might be blocking
Did you use access analyzer and check which ACL is blocking?
