Filter condition is not working in the Optional schema in customer service portal?

Hi All,

 

I have Business Requirement Regrading customer service portal, when user login into customer service portal in My LIST page having two tabs that case's and Requested item tabs I have issue with case tab, issue is adding the condition in optional schema it's not working as per our requirement, our requirement  is when user log into case window that user ticket are visible in case tab :

Condition :

"category is xyz" and "contact is dynamic me "

 

I am adding the filter condition in widget optional schema but it's not working , anyone please help on this

Can anyone suggest me another way to rectifying this issue

I  did find field with name Category and when i run contact dynamic as me , it bring no result, means there is no record with me as of now.
